I am a business mediator and coach. With 18 years of experience in various leadership roles within international corporates, I developed a sharp eye for the complexity of collaboration and the importance of personal development. In recent years, I have increasingly focused on the behavior of people with different cultural backgrounds, knowledge levels, and personalities. I discovered a passion for strengthening conflict competence and creating a culture of feedback — and I saw how this enabled teams and professionals to work together more effectively.
Over the past five years I have further deepened my expertise through training in mediation and coaching, and I have successfully guided numerous mediation and coaching processes with clients. I find it truly meaningful to use my knowledge and experience to contribute to the growth and success of others.
| From experience, I know how conflicts or tensions within a team, between teams, or between colleagues can put collaboration under pressure. I also see how individuals sometimes risk getting stuck — for example, through difficult decision-making processes or challenges in their private lives. This can influence the atmosphere at work, the results of the organization, and even the health of those involved. At such moments, it becomes essential to have an open and constructive conversation.
I guide mediation and coaching conversations with professionalism and a focus on results. My aim: to achieve sustainable solutions that fit both the organizational context and the personal situation of those involved. Clients often tell me that they appreciate my calm presence combined with decisiveness. I am highly committed to the people I work with, I listen carefully, and I do not judge quickly. Thanks to my broad life experience, I am not easily shocked by the stories of my clients. With integrity, clarity, and a focus on progress, I offer guidance that is both people-oriented and effective. |
