Match

First, we determine together whether we are a good match through a no-obligation intake. I explore whether the challenges you are facing fall within my area of expertise. If I believe that other support would be more appropriate, I will say so honestly. Based on our conversation, I then create a tailored proposal.

Four Steps in Individual Coaching

1. A clear GOAL

Together we define a concrete and achievable goal. We start from your life and work, looking realistically at your current situation. From that foundation we make the goal as clear and motivating as possible.


2. First STEPS forward

From the very first session you will already take small steps. We focus on where you want to go, rather than spending too much time on where it all came from — unless that feels helpful in the moment.


3. A look at your ENVIRONMENT

We don’t just look at you as an individual, but also at (your role in) the environment, the organization, the system you are part of. You remain in charge and keep your autonomy. I will challenge you, but never impose.


4. MIND & BODY are connected

You become aware of how body and mind influence each other. It’s not only about talking; there is also space for meditation. I will also invite you to take good care of your body.

Tailor-made Individual Coaching

The customized proposal is based on our initial intake and may include the following elements:

  • Individual coaching sessions (in person or online), solution-focused and/or systemic
  • Leadership assessment (360-degree feedback)
  • Independent assignments
  • Support / check-ins between sessions (by email or WhatsApp)
  • Walks in nature
  • Workshop or retreat
