Sometimes collaboration becomes so strained that trust is gone. Communication breaks down, emotions flare, the atmosphere suffers — and sometimes the results of the organization suffer too.

Conflicts in the workplace, between business partners, or within an executive team require a professional, neutral approach. Mediation offers a constructive alternative to legal escalation.

Business Mediation

For business partners and leaders with complex disputes

In any corporate disagreement, multiple interests play a role. Executives, business partners, and entrepreneurs choose mediation as an efficient alternative to legal proceedings. I guide all parties through untangling complex issues at various levels, with the goal of making solutions possible.

Employment Mediation

For employers and employees stuck in conflict

When employer and employee cannot find common ground, sometimes amid sickness absence, there is often a workplace conflict. Through employment mediation, I help both parties move toward a mutually acceptable resolution.

The process in four steps

1. Match & Intake

First, we determine whether we are a good fit for mediation. Then I meet with each party separately to gather initial input. Confidentiality, impartiality, and the joint intention to resolve the conflict are the foundation.

2. Kick-off Mediation

In our first joint meeting, we agree on confidentiality, neutrality, and the process. There's also room to express emotions, viewpoints, and interests.

3. Mediation Sessions

As independent third party, I guide the discussion back to the core and support both sides in moving toward solutions. I take care of progress, ensure everyone’s voice is heard, and respect each party’s position, interests, and potential paths forward.

4. Agreement and Closure

Once agreement is reached, we formalize the solutions in concrete terms. Because parties themselves contribute to the resolution, the result tends to be sustainable.
